Maintenance Plan (In-warranty)
At Friel Heating & Air Conditioning Inc., we want your heating and cooling systems to be in great condition at all times. We offer heating and air conditioner maintenance, and service plans for appliances that are in and out of warranty.
What We Offer
Our maintenance plan includes an annual factory tune-up and equipment cleaning. Every year, we will call you and schedule your service. This plan is ideal for equipment that is still covered under the manufacturer’s warranty.
Most manufacturer warranties require regular maintenance of the equipment within recommended intervals. This plan provides you with peace of mind in knowing your unit’s warranty will be honoured. We even remind you of the upcoming service dates and schedule your next tune-up.
Maintenance & Protection Plan (Out-of-Warranty)
This plan provides an annual factory tune-up and cleaning of the equipment as provided in our in-warranty maintenance plan. We also offer maintenance plans for in-warranty and out-of-warranty heating and cooling systems. If you need more information about it, we can help.
